In  2021 ARSJ developed an application called A2Keyz to expedite the  real estate conveyance process in Jamaica through a digital platform that engages all stakeholders in a real estate transaction.

The aim is for A2KeyZ to reduce the overall transaction time of a real estate conveyance, which reduces existing costs and increase revenue by a multiple due to increased transactions taking place per financial year. A2KeyZ will also increase transparency, reduce fraud and improve the overall home ownership experience due to convenience and consistency.
